This is the blogsite of the Medex Hidden Valley Expedition 2008. The Expedition arrives in Nepal on the 29th September and returns in mid November. We will be trekking to the remote Hidden Valley, climbing Damphus Peak and then walking on to Mustang. A small group of 7 will also be attempting Sita Chuchura 6,616m which is a remote and infrequently attempted peak. Much medical research will be done along the way.
